35mm film photograph, 2016
KTX071
I used to get my film developed at Walgreens. I didn’t know at the time, and this is how I learned, that there are different processes and chemicals for developing different types of film. The C-41 process is the most common, and is used to develop color negative film. What surprised me is that processing black & white film with C-41 results in color photographs also, though rather unpredictably.
